That's some extreme calorie counting, Flexman.

I am fat as fuck and never count calories. 

But I made lunches for three days using 5 cans of tuna and divided it into 3 equal containers, so approx. 1 & 2/3 per day.

Yeah im putting on some weight as well. I stopped tracking over a week ago just for the heck of it. Gonna have to start up again for next week.

We were out of leftovers last night, so I fired up the grill at 9:00pm to cook some lunches!



93% lean burgers and Applegate Farms hotdogs.

Today I paired then with some broccoli and brussel sprouts.

Cleaned the inside of my grill just a bit ago, going to fire it up and have hot dogs again. Tomorrow we are having steaks on the grill at work, maint supervisor is picking up some ribeyes, porterhouses, sirloins, a couple NY strips, etc.
