Left over taco makings here, with black beans, cheese, homemade salsa, beef taco mix with pepper and onions, and corn tortillas.

Just finished my afternoon pre workout snack....3/4 cup oatmeal and 1/4 cup roasted almonds, should be under the bar within a hour
