I couldn't even do that on flat bench right now.  Nicely done.

Thanks a lot, FLEX.  Definitely thought I would never be hitting PR's on lifts like this at my age and also at a lower overall body weight.  Plenty of hard work and staying disciplined.

Depth was a little on the shallow side, but I'll take it as a step in the right direction.

You're very correct, I tend to judge squats on that same premise. This is something I learned from you actually. My concentration at the time was keeping my back as upright as possible, keeping my knees outward, and making sure my feet didn't collapse inward. In all that I misjudged my depth, which is the key factor in getting those

It was nice to have 400 lbs on my back again.

Depth looked good to me.  Savage lift, bro.

Not lifting vids cuz lifting isn't everything (it's close though, LOL).

A couple skip-rope vids I made.  First one is with a speed rope, second is with a heavier rope.

I don't have ADD or anything but I'm not watching over 2.5 minutes of a guy skipping rope no matter how epic his beard is.

 ;D

And it is pretty epic.

Haha, nothing to extreme.  Just the basic stuff like side swings, scissors, heel-toe, cross-overs, and tried to finish each vid with some double-unders.

OK, well congrats on at least not doing your skipping in front of the squat rack, whilst keeping all you personal shit inside the squat rack.
