Dat 308 weight class?

Seriously, though... That's just Power right there.  Opening at 580, 605, 625?

Sitting around 280 I think so maybe.  I'm not dieting.  Fukkit.

Was thinking more along the lines of 560, 590, 610 and save 625 for August...

I'm going to have to sandbag on deads at this meet due to my screwed up leg / back  >:(  So I'm trying to figure out how much I can push on squats, which is less affected and doesn't make me feel like I'm going to rip into multiple pieces.  This is 270, matching my current PR.  It felt heavy but the video looks pretty darned smooth.  Does this look like a reasonable second attempt???

Hahaha!  There is no way I'd take that as an opener  ;D

I like that line of thinking though.  Maybe 270 for an opener next year  ;)

Like usual, this is nowhere near impressive or anywhere being in the league you all are in. Putting in some DB work lately, pretty happy with my new ROM and the ease that these 100's moved, did 4 sets of 8, this is the last set

It literally looks like you're handling 60's. Crazy amount of control on those hundos. When I grab them it's a bit of a production to carry and set them into position.

I appreciate it, just wish I had that kind of control with 315 on a barbell lol

So I had another good day today, 6 night works in a row, empty stomach and feeling SAF! Ended up trying 405 with a conventional dead, I have to look. It I believe this is the heaviest I've ever pulled with a conventional. Still felt like I had another pull in me!
