Was so sore that I was gonna quit after my 3rd set :(

Gym was silent as tomb, stereo busted. Remembered my Ipod in my bag and turned it on speaker and listened to what I wanted to listen to, 90 minutes later the battery died, but at that point I was done anyway :D

Just say "fuck off" to other stuff. Can't do that with meetings with your boss or kids soccer games etc, but you would be surprised at how often it works.

Exercise is the one thing you do that will extend and enhance your life, why the hell is it not the most important thing on your schedule?

Unfortunately I workout over my lunch break. I'm supposed to have an hour for lunch. Since I come in early every day I take about an hour and 15 minutes. It takes me almost 10 minutes to get to the gym and the same to get back. That doesn't leave me a ton of time to change, workout and change back. Can't say fuck off to my job. lol

I work out during the week on my lunch breaks. I am supposed to get 45 minutes but I usually take an hour. I change here at work and then my gym is about a mile from the office :D

Bando, I'm surprised to see dips in there.  I thought they gave you shoulder issues.

they do, that's why you'll only see them once a year or so.

Thought my triceps would be sore so had not planned to train chest today. Not bad and I brought gym clothes just in case.
