After the RPS Comp - which I did terrible at BTW, it's time to switch things up, going to try something new, weekly measurements.

Starting:

Abdomen: 35.5 
Relaxed arm: 12.75
Quad: 20
Calf: 14
Forearm: 10.5

What are you doing for forearms? I definitely need more size on mine.

Ours is the same way at our gym. Stickers show same weight on both stacks but there is about a 20lb difference in what I pull on one as opposed to the other. I stick to the one that has the highest weight to make myself feel stronger :D

I have a whole routine

I do wrist curls with 65 lbs, reverse wrist curls with a 35lb bar then take a straight metal bar and hold it at my side and kind of twist my wrist to raise it - I'll have to make a video, hard to describe
