8.5 minutes recumbant bike <--The TV was stuck on Ellen, could not go 10 minutes  :o >:( :D

315 x 5 Too heavy :(

280 x 6 (115 on one side and 120 on the other  :o :D )

Front squats

bar x 6

95 x 8
115 x 8
125 x 8

1 leg curls

25 x 10, 4 sets, short rests

leg extensions

8 x 15, 2 sets The pain was gourgeous!

donkey calves

360 x 10, 4 sets

forearm work sprinkled in

this w/o kicked my ass today, I like squats and deads same day

2 hours to rest until cardio

PM Cardio

10 minutes rowing
10 elliptical
30 recumbant bike

read a lot of journals today and really wanted to hit the iron, back is to sore so sticking with my every other day plan  :-\

1/2 hour "weight loss" program on the treadmill - 250 calories and sweating like a pig

every other day lift, and on off days do cardio. I messed up a little not leaving time to get everything in a couple times so had to push arms to the next day

great session, sweating like a pig, about 6 "F' yeah's" on that last set, really need to get more snatches into my routine. I love that feeling when the bar is weightless and you just sneak under it and then it's just you vs. gravity.
