Do you feel small or short? Not trying to be a smart ass just they are two different things that often get confused. I would say you are definitely not small. You have mass and are stronger than most guys 40lbs heavier than you.
This is all too reasonable. It will end in tears.

I don't mind being short, I have short muscle bellies so I can look bigger than tall, lean guys with the same amount of muscle.The thing is, I have been bigger than I am now, and I'm not happy with that.

so the incline shrugs did a number, great trap soreness :)

Arms


15 sets of bis and tri's not typing all that out, 9 sets forearms

To finish Tri's I did CGBP with 135 x fail super close grip then rested for a few seconds and widened my grip by half of a hand x fail and kept doing that until they were crying :'( ;D

If traps are healed by tomorrow may go in for deadlifts
