Do you do all your DB BP normal or have you ever done a hammer grip?
This is all too reasonable. It will end in tears.

Current PR's
Deadlift 525
Squat 455
Bench 335
OHP 235

Normal, I'm really trying to dial in pecs, triceps and delts can go get worked on their own damn day and stop bullying the pecs on their day.

Yeah remember you saying that you were doing something like that. Thought you might of changed thats all.

So do you up the numbers each cycle after the deload? LB per week?

I actually have a can of WD40 in my gym bag because they never clean/oil the weight stacks on the pully and pulldown machines at my gym.

Been meaning to pick your brain about that.  About a year ago, you mentioned that completing the reps was paramount to increasing the weights.  Still following this?

Reason I ask is I'm topping out on SL 5x5,  and is reccommended to try 3 times before dropping the weight and ramping back up.

And second question: What "ideas" sparked your interest at the Arnold from a few weeks ago?

1. I'm not quite as strict these days, as long as I'm getting sore and being challenged, I feel the change in rep scheme is working and causing "muscle confusion"

2. The concept of eating consistantly and not "going catabolic" is not BroSci and quality whey shakes are an excellent addition

So how often, how much and what are you eating, and how is it affecting your weight, or more importantly your body fat?

Yes, weight and size is my concern, I feel small and I'm not terribly lean to pull off being small.

Since I've started back I look myself and see a "skinny fat" man. I am starting to see a little improvement but I don't seem to have the confidence to just up the calories and try to grow...................

Guess I'm just fucked up

Thanks for letting me pick your brain.  Always gleaning information from others evolution in this game. As much as I wanted the perfect formula from the beginning (don't we all), it's great learning and adjusting as I go along.

Definitely considering incorporating some of the variable sets into the next program.

Thanks again.
