+25 x 6, then smashed my knee >:(

NG Pullups

+35 x 7, 2 sets (think I'll do these for awhile)

T Bars

170 x 4
150 x 7, 3 sets
some static holds

Lat Pulls (sitting straight up)

110 x 7, 4 sets

Yates  1 arm cable rows

110 x 6
100 x 7

Straight arm press down

40 x 10, 2 sets

single grip pulls, 2 sets to failure (Like 4 reps) ::)

Good session, not terribly strong, but lots of volume 22 sets of Lat destruction

Legs tomorrow (hope my knee is OK) :flame:

Damn strong back!  I'm jellin over the pullups.  I used to be good at them when I was in the Marines, but now I can't manage more than 6 good ones.

I was on the assisted pullup machine and had the bar that you stand on for assists pushed out of the way. I guess I got swinging to much and rammed the bar with my knee :-\

Haha! I have never seen an assist machine in person only pictures. If I use close grip, I do have to get a stool because it is higher up. The wide grip bar all I have to do is get on my tippy toes  ;D

And Bando, what would you do with legs that big?? No way those fit into jeans or dress pants!!

I don't know why, but I always thought of straight arm press downs as a chest exercise.  I guess because the movement is similar to a pullover, albeit with a totally different ROM.  Googled it and found a youtube video.  Glad to know now that it's a lat exercise!  Ya learn something new every day.
