I deserved it. I got 520 a couple weeks ago, Anyone that puts a 2.5 lb "plate" on a leg press deserves anything they get

Every little bit counts. 531 has me using those 2.5s myself. Gains are gains. You'll kill it next time.

You're one of the few I've seen do DB pullovers besides myself. I used to love them, now my shoulder does not.

I like the stretch and they have done wonders for my delt/pec tie ins, if someone can do them, they should be doing them IMO, great accessory lift

thanks Man, I feel like true PR's are 1RM's though.

I'm not sure WTH is going on but my gym has been PACKED this year. Plenty of newbs doing tiny weights and nothing but curls and bench, but also some actual lifters. I saw a guy today, maybe my weight, repping 1,000lbs on the leg press :-[

I hope the majority of the resolutioners are gone by Valentine's day as they usually are. I like having a few weak guys around, but when they are taking every piece of gym equipment it's time to thin the herd.

Just my opinion but I used to think the same on pr being a 1rm. Now I believe that if you get one more rep from your normal weight or crank out reps at a higher weight than you normally do it's still a pr. Why? Because it gets you up, closer to a new goal, let's you know you're progressing.

Sucks with crowding. Maybe a few more weeks and the herd will thin out.

Got a whole bunch of new 'wellness works' classes at work. Thing that cracks me up is they are one day a week. So people show up once a week and do the class, then I hear them 'complain' that they're working out but not seeing any progress.   ::)

The Machine was starting to break down, bicep tendons and joints were getting achey, legs still sore from a session like 5 days ago, time to heal

toying with the idea of a dance with the 115's next week, will need to use straps since I can't pick up a 115 with one hand

I have a girl who works with me and she works out 1 day per week an then talks to everyone about how she is working out! SMH!!!
