Krikey, 1/2 way down the page already.

So I load up the bar with the 290 and am just getting under the bar as the attractive young Mom that runs in 5K's is finishing her cardio work. I notice her in the mirror behind me as I begin my rep. I think, "I shall impress her with my strength"  8) When I bottomed out, I pretty much knew I had it without really even grinding it, but on my ascent a squeaky little fart came out, very audible.  :graucho:


I'm sure pretty little Mom was suitably impressed.  :o

Squeaky ones beat the silent ones that you carry across the gym with you. hehe  ;)

Doing some nice work here. Does your gym have 22.5lb dumbells? I've never seen those.

Indeed my primary gym has the 2.5 increments from 15's to 60's, they go up to 125's with 5 lb increments. Farthest I've ever gotten is 110.

Well hot damn... My gym has the standard 5,10,15,20 etc up to 125s. I've never seen 2.5 increments. Nice...

I've never given it a 2nd thought, I just keep my reps within a range and 2.5 lbs is pretty negligable even with DB's
