Also, I can't eat anything for a few hours before I run, or it sits in my stomach like a rock the whole time.

It's a series of eccentric curls (other hand lifts up up the dumbell so the affected arm just just lowers it) given to me by my PT

Got a reprieve today, to much rain for baseball so I get to go to the gym at a reasonable hour, gonna try 6 pm.

No, but if I had my camera I would have made you a vid of what facing your fear looks like, there was a couple close calls.

Workout 1

2.5 mile run, 28 minutes

1st mile was fine, then started feeling a little sick. If I'm gonna go right out fasted then I need to not take my vitamins and stuff beforehand, they did not settle well. Walked a little more than I would have liked. Hoping to hit back after my son's 1st baseball game of the year, gonna be like a 7:30 pm workout  :o

Legs are really sore, not working them this week to prepare for Sunday's 5K. I thought I could run a little when I got to the track this morning but it was covered with worms. Thousands of them. Maybe 2 dozen night crawlers and the rest were trout worms. Didn't want to trample them or try to run around them so I walked. In the rain.
and liked it.

was gonna do 10 on the elliptical (I've always hated that thing) but my fat started crying and I was enjoying watching it drip down onto the machine. Drip. Drip. Drip.  ;D Like a fat kid in Jr. High crying after getting a titty twister :D

Hoping that today's low impact stuff will allow me to run 5k before work tomorrow.

174 on the scale at the gym today  :o but the mirror says good things are happening  8)
