cardio after leg day blows

173 lbs, no Iron today

Workout 2

30 minutes treadmill intervals, kept up 8 minute mile for 90 seconds at the end

fat was crying all over the place

May be ready for a 5K on Mother's Day  :)

7 am arms tomorrow

So I got to the track and checked the clock 4:22, got out of the car quick stretch and started in. Ran the 1st mile non stop, the rest was 1/4 mile walk 3/4 mile run, went full out the last lap. Ran to the car 4:49  ???

WTF? Only 27 minutes?? My best 5K time was 24 minutes, so I obviously miscounted and only ran 11 laps :( if that's the case then I was on a pace to finish under 30:00.  :)

If I miscounted and only ran 10 (I don't think that's the case) I still was under my 33:00 goal.

At any rate, I earned a cold beer.  ;)

Thanks Tiff. I normally use 85's but in the dungeon I have a crappy, slippery bench that I barely trust.

This is the first time I've ever tried a fast cut, and I like it. My energy is fine, muscle loss has been minimal, only complaint is I can't sleep since my metabolism seems to be racing. I need to take a couple meletonin's just to get drowsy.

Gonna do a 2 mile run before work tomorrow, inspired by Big Daddy's run this am.

7 days out from my 1st race in a year  :o

No, but if I had my camera I would have made you a vid of what facing your fear looks like, there was a couple close calls.

Workout 1

2.5 mile run, 28 minutes

1st mile was fine, then started feeling a little sick. If I'm gonna go right out fasted then I need to not take my vitamins and stuff beforehand, they did not settle well. Walked a little more than I would have liked. Hoping to hit back after my son's 1st baseball game of the year, gonna be like a 7:30 pm workout  :o
