I use MFP. The food database is huge. Very easy to use also.

so what I'm subscribed to is fitocracy

is MFP way better?

I like it because it has tons and tons of foods in their database you can select from. Also it is super easy to use. I can access it on my computer or ipod.

Not only are there tons of food in the database, but if you have a smart phone, you can scan the bar codes on stuff, and it knows almost all of them!

I find MFP very easy to use, and once you get the hang of it, it only eats up a few minutes a day to track everything.  You can also setup custom goals and macros, as their default ones don't fit a weight lifter very well.

Just for an alternative suggestion, I use www.livestrong.com/myplate when I'm counting, they have a huge food database as well as an app or online and both sync fairly well. The only thing it doesn't have that mfp does is the share with friends capability which I don't use.
This is all too reasonable. It will end in tears.

Their default had me at 1500 calories per day. LOL! Only like 60 grams of protein! I quickly found the edit button and changed it as close as I could to my goals.

this one is odd, it's like the forearm muscle, not the joint. I blame the heavy DB rows earlier this week

Thanks Lola.

Did some triceps, forearms, traps and abs today, an hour of work, did not log but was getting some 'mirin glances for my 185 CGBP's.

I tried something new today as opposed to cardio (I'm now 163 fukking lbs >:( ) did it between sets, was actually kind of fun.

Dude...you, you,  uh,, crossfit?!

Kiddin..we had to do those in HS for football and wrestling. Definately leave you with burning legs and heaving lungs. Haven't attempted them since rehabbing my knee  from a torn acl in '98.
