Great session!!  Does it bother you when you're training with someone stronger or does that push you more?  I have to admit it's difficult to get fired up when you lift alone, but when I have someone over to lift with me, I definitely lift more weight.  It's almost like being at a comp.

If I was alone I would have not picked up the 110's, and he was good for an extra rep or 2 on every set. I was actually a little surprised that he's not terribly stronger than me on bench despite weighing 50 lbs more. Blew me away on OHP's though.

Nice work Bando. Jealous though.....since I moved, my main gym only has dbs up to 100...and the one close to my gf's house only has 100. Planning on moving in with her soon...we are looking into joining a dif gym.

I remember the videos of Bando and his benjamins he acquired...practically falling over in the yard trying to push them. You have made a lot of progress brother.
