great session, great pump

If I'm going to spend my weekends seeing how much beer I can convert into piss, not sure I need to be working out on Monday. The difference from this Tuesday vs. this Monday was pretty noticable

because I have not been training for 1RM's and had to take 3-4 weeks off of squats for a back injury.
