Do you find it better to rest standing or at the bottom of the squat? Or, does it depend on the weight? I stopped at the bottom and was struggling for breath, but it was much less weight.

at the top. I think a little bounce at the bottom is acceptable, plus I use the valsalva so I only breathe at the top.

I'm really getting the hang of the Oly lifts  :)

It's all about getting to that moment when the bar is weightless and getting under the bar at that moment, went much smoother when that lightbulb clicked on for me. 8)

the weights I'm using right now make the lifts more like cardio, which I need  :-[

I worked out in the community fitness center. The monitor today was the middle school athletics director.

As I was signing out she said "I guess you covered it all today"

Lulz, that was just my leftovers.
