^^ 2 days was enough of that BS.

Woke really early and knew damn well I wasn't getting back to sleep, so showered and off to the gym for an early session. Head was pounding from sickness still, so I gave the pain up to the Iron with some practice Oly lifting  8)

Front Squats Clean grip bar only x 5 sets

Overhead Squats Bar 1 set, 65 4 sets

Hang Cleans 65 x 5, 65 x 5, 85 x 5

Full Cleans 85 x 5

Full Clean and split Jerk (?) 85 x 5, 85 x 3, 85 x 5

That was the morning session, headed over to work the back now, maybe throw in clivecept work if there's any pretty girls about ;)

Forgot my Journal  ::)

all 9 - 12 reps

Neutral grip pullups - 3 sets
Behind the neck lat pulls 3 sets
straight bar cable lat pulls - 3 sets
1 arm DB Rows - 3 sets
abs - 3 sets
traps 3 sets + DC finish
BH Curls 3 sets + DC finish

busy so I had to use what was available, no problem, felt good just to get in there and get work done 2 days after explosive vomiting  :o

Tendonitis curls.

Was gonna do triceps, but I was absolutely roasted after that session

Hoping fpr a 7 am Oly session tomorrow and noon time BB'ing session

Pumped, felt good. Bodyweight back at 175, but I've been doubling my fluid intake so I'm not concerned.

Planned to do Oly work this am but lower back is bothering me. Got up early to do cardio and wife had buried the treadmill and and it's a PITA to get out, was gonna walk outside but had no way to tell the time. So I just ended up getting a little fatter. :-[
