I was spotting a guy I know and he was talking about how to get his elbows in, so I demonstrated with the 225 he was benching  ;D 8)

did this again today, really helps with soreness and pain, goes like this, all mixed up

abs 5 sets crunch machine
abs 5 sets oblique machine
RC shoulder saver work 6 sets
good girl/bad girls 8 sets
tendonitis curls, 2 complete cycles
stretch, 5 minutes

Worst workout in a long time, strength down across the board.

Got trapped under 225 with no spotter, a 1st for me. Asked one guy for help: "Dude I can't lift that"  ::) Thankfully another guy came over and helped out.

Really a nice session, I liked doing the abs in between the leg work and resting them for a bit. I'm thin enough to see abs in the AM so I figure I might as well work them ::)

It was a close call but fucktard of the day award goes to the guy sitting in the leg press playing games on his phone, the whole time I was there,  that did not do 1 set that I saw

runner up was the guy getting dressed in the hallway of the locker room so he could watch his abs in the mirror.
