Funny though. You never see anybody doing them. Even in the journals you rarely
read of anyone doing them .  Great exercise. I attribute most of my delt
development to OHP's.

Have not been doing direct trap work for quite awhile. Added it back last week and this week, traps nice and sore  :)

Had the opportunity to lift with a wealthy person with connections that could do great things for our lifting club. He did not show >:( so I lifted with another guy from the club. His "program" was basically very little rest between sets, so I tried to keep up with that pace with my last week of 5 x 5.

BB BP

working sets

275 x 3  >:(
250 x 5, 4 sets
240 x 5

Cable chest press

40 setting, 4 sets of 8 (his lift, I only felt it in my shoulders)

DB BP

meh. I need to rest between sets, I'll be sore tomorrow for sure. A good back session should fix that.

I hate doing trap work.

If your gym has a standing calf machine do your traps on that.

I guarantee you will feel it.
