What scheme are you following now?

ID's program, essentially 2 weeks 3 x 10, 2 weeks 4 x 7, 2 weeks 5 x 5, 1 week deload

First day back after the comp?  How'd you feel?  Wrecked or what?

The more I was sitting around, the worse I felt. Felt pretty weak. The pump was worth it though, haven't had a decent pump in a month.

Cool program. The variation without broscience muscle cofustication should work really well for anyone.

I was telling a guy in our club about the PL tourney and said "If I do the one in October I'll start training 2 months ahead." Then I realized that it is already 2 months ahead  :o

I love the steel. Well ...addicted is probably a better term.

I am laughably sore today. Going to the gym this afternoon for some light machine work to get my blood flowing into my shoulders, lats, traps and glutes. Hoping for a shoulder/arm super session tomorrow. On a positive note, I was worried about my bicep tendons from the Deads this weekend but they are healing up just fine :)

It doesn't effect me negatively to take a week off when higher priorities dictate, but my everyday life is just so much better when I am training. It's like I can see clearer, think faster, and feel more confident throughout the day when I devote an hour to the iron in the morning.

It may be the strongest medicine and/or therapy known to man, but rarely prescribed.
