Then read 225 x 10 as a warmup for a 1rm attempt

Thanks guys.

I'm going to give the Sheiko a thumbs up. I actually added strength on squats. DerAlta said I looked like a seasoned competitor at the comp. Well, when you're doing these lifts 3 times a week, guess what? You walk  onto the platform with a lot of confidence.
