Hip not seeming to get any better, time to get it into the squat rack for some old school healing  ;)

65 x 6, 3 sets <- going to do these more as they don't hurt my hip and chiro said they would heal it

6 giant sets, did not log

leg ext machine, leg curl machine, calves

1/2 hour cardio later

disapointing session is better than no session I guess
