still at 177 lbs, time to dial in the diet, to much fast food and crap like calzones and baked ziti >:(

final 1/2 hour, 325 calories, will sleep like a baby tonight :-*

saw a rower in the locker room, huge traps

better not mess up my shoulder day tomorrow

70 x 10, 3 sets :)

should back off on the weight and work on stretch though

a bunch of other assorted arm/forearm work

I'm told I have a "balanced build." Really struggling to not put in a dedicated arm day, I miss having big arms, even though they were out of proportion.

traps are sore, rowing is gonna take a larger part of my cardio sessions from now on
