What happened on the 315?

I was down in the hole with it and it just felt like a freaking ton of weight, might have gotten it with a bounce, but no bounce was seen this day

Terrible DOMS and old age pains, could hardly walk today

20 minutes mixed cardio, 10 minutes hard stretching - feel a lot better  :)

Thanks Man, will be about a month before I do heavy singles again.

30 minutes elliptical, 330 calories

TV's went blank about 10 minutes in, all the bunnies went into a tizzy  ::)
