did a 165, thought it was easy enough to get 175 - 180. Tomorrow is quiet little gym day where I can take my time and get a good vid.

Nice lift. Sure is a wide grip. Never did OHP with grip wider than shoulders. Think it makes it harder?

That's a 211 1 rep max. So my bench has gone up almost 10 lbs a month for that period of time. Finally catching a break after 2 years at a standstill  8)
