1/2 hour treadmill intervals, 10 sets abs

had no business being in the gym today, terribly sore, hopefully the session will help with my DOMS  :-\

just the usual stuff man, beans, suasage, nandralone, beef, onions, peppers, stewed tomatoes..

1/2 hour light cardio, not feeling too hot, doc put some kind of antibactrial medication in where she pulled out my infected tooth root and I think it's messing with me
