did a couple light sessions since then but entire right arm & shoulder have been screaming in pain. This is going to sound silly but Labor day weekend I played cornhole in the sun for like 6 hours with very little in the way of food (plenty of beer though.) I think coupled with the angry elbow, poor nutrition etc. throwing a silly little beanbag caused it.

At this point this is the longest I haven't been heavy and consistent in the gym.

Did 6 sets of 30% chest today and stuff feels pretty good. Going to work back slowly and try to keep the damn elbow happy. Literally hurt to shake hands or open doors, I can't go through life not doing normal stuff just to impress people in the gym. Biggest thing right now is the lack of self confidence and other perks that come with being a swoleboi.

Thanks Man, squatted 1st time in 3 weeks today, worked up to 315 so I"m happy.
