Torn pec giving me hell. Yesterday's chest session is a win as chest is sore and I didn't move anything really heavy, worked back the same way today, slow controlled reps with a hold, was burning.

squats worked up to 315 x 2, felt so good did an additional 275 x 3 and 225 x 6

3 sets leg ext ss 3 sets leg curls
shoulders tomorrow

everything feels good for a change, gonna add in more cardio, eat high protein breakfasts more and deadlift consistently.

Shoulders yesterday usual stuff, couldn't get my son up this morning so missed the gym

Off yesterday, had to pick up my daughter, elbow was killing me anyway. No more pullups.  Did shoulders today, had to work around the elbow but got 15 solid sets in.
