weight is the same but I feel like I'm looking better, legs are healed from starting cardio and body is adjusting to lower cals, no midnight eating in awhile

did what I could, pullups, lat pulls, chest supported T-Bars, 1 arm DB rows. No Yates or cable rows.

1/2 hr cardio.

Hope the back pain just goes away on it's own, not really the time of year I can spend time at PT

BHN press

95, 115, 130 x 8

Rear Delt flyes, side raises, upright rows, facepulls, trap bar shrugs, 3 sets each

15 minutes cardio - was going for 1/2 hr but seems like a crime to be on an exercise bike on a Friday night

^ did cardio before weights, did not make that mistake today

Squats

worked up to 315 x 2 with no back issues

3 sets leg ext, 3 sets leg curls, 6 sets calves

1/2 hr cardio

Belt is fitting much better, no really losing weight, but losing size in the abdomen/love handles area, cut only on week 3 :)

Starting to get chest pains, had them before and had a bunch of tests and turned out to be nothing, will probably email my doctor tomorrow.

1/2 hour cardio. Got to the gym for session 2 and had one of my son's small shirts  >:(

hands and wrists hurt anyway so came home and got some much needed stuff done
