6 sets calves, legs weren't really healed so chit was heavy

Rack run 75's to 35's till failure

DB Pullovers

85 x 8, 10, 10

svend presses, 2 sets

Left wrist bothering me, was getting nervous on a few sets

Should do back tomorrow but nice out so will likely be doing outside projects all day

14 sets of the usual stuff. "PR" on yates cable rows were getting some looks, 2 plates shy of the stack with one arm.

Got a platform rather than a regular rack and finding I like the racks more, legs still sore from last leg day but after warmups got

265 x 3, 295 x 2, 325 x 2

325 was the 1+ set so with 2 reps I only get to go up 5lbs next session, but I did not have another rep in me so I'll have to live with it.

6 sets calves

off for a few days for a college visit and visit with a college buddy from the 80's

Only 1/2 hr cardio yesterday, back was killing me.

I do this every year, restrict cals and forget that going heavy on low cals gives me injuries every time. Back held up to do arms today, 1/2 hour cardio right after, 1 hr 36 minutes in the gym. Need to somehow work in shoulders/legs over the weekend.

Sorry to hear about the shoulder pain man.  I've been dealing with that for a while now myself.  I think the lower cals and heavy work probably does affect it.  It's easy to realize that but so damn hard to modify the behavior. :D
