Cranky, but nothing a sleeve and 315 on my shoulders in the rack couldn't fix.

Sounds like the knee will be ok. My qife slipped on the ice a few years ago and tore the meniscus in her kne in 2 places. Drs couldn't figure out how she did that without tearing ligaments. She actually popped her knee back into place herself. No surgery though. Just rest and some physio. I'm sure you'll be fine. More beer should fix it right up😁

Squats

95, 135, 185, 225, 185, 135 x 5

Calves 6 sets

abs 8 sets, some light cardio

Knees/hip were fine, lost a lot of strength, surprised that the flexibility to hold the high bar was almost gone. Lot of sweat and effort before I load up 3 wheels again.

Never done cable rows that way before, lats were burning. Shoulders or cardio tomorrow depending on soreness.

quick 18 set arm workout yesterday. Back is killing me today, no idea why but squats definitely off the menu. 1 hr cardio, abs & stretching.
