elbows good but no bicept/tricept soreness

Comedy of errors lately. Wife needed the car so I took the BMW to work, has a slow leak in one tire, $20 fix so I drop it off at the mechanic, that was Tuesday Morning, car still at the shop.  :o

At my new work location walking or busing to the gym is a joke. Got back in today.
