Calendar reminder might help. With so much stuff going and me forgetting half of it I started setting up calendar reminders. Get them on my phone. I've even set them up these past 4 weeks to stretch my torn calf 4 times a day. I'd forget if I didn't.

Chest not even sore so my body is getting used to consistency mode again

Back Day

Rushed but got 12 heavy sets in, mostly cable work as a bunch of wanker trainers were training a bunch of newbs in the weight area, no weighted pullups doe  :(
