1000's? Now thats impressive. Vids or it didnt happen. Too bad about the elbow. Do you have versas? Bet that would help keep the elbow happier on pulling movements.

I do but I prefer regular straps, I used them on the pullups. Maybe I can get away with lat pulls with a close neutral grip.

OHP stuffs

No big lifts just started my program back at the beginning and got a sick pump.

Did lat pulls with CG 2 handles, elbow was OK.

Off tomorrow, wandering back into leg land Friday with a really sore right hip.

Squats on tap today but I decided to rehab the hip instead.

Leg ext x ~ 10 sets
Leg curl x ~ 10 sets
Good girl/bad girls 6 sets
Abs 4 sets
Front DB raise 4 sets

lots of stretching and rolling

Program called for a light squat day but my hip going in to the gym wasn't having any of that, may be time for a PT.

Hip felt good this morning so I was thinking of heavy squats, nope started hurting at work. Youtubed some hip stuff and used a Bosu Ball for the 1st time in my life  :-[ hip feels great now though.
