Last time I did it my strength just blew up, 110 lb DB presses x 5, 330 deadlifts x 16, size improved noticably. Little rough on the joints with so little rest between sessions.

1/2 hr fasted am stair stepper O' pain, 300 calories

weight creeping up as I've upped protein, 5 weeks until shirtless in Florida  :o

Had a great session today

This concludes cycle 1 in 8 calender days. I hit each body part 3 times, even stuff like forearms, abs and calves :)

For cycle 2, I'm trying something different, going to do the Iso's 1st and pre-exhaust but maintain or surpass the cycle 1 current set/rep numbers  :D
