I think I'm going to start squatting FLEX style, heavy, low reps. Never tried it. I drive past a used sporting goods store, thinking they may have a belt or 2 in there somewhere, something else I've really not done.

Saw some skinny young dude squatting today and I thought he was gonna kill himself.

Couldn't even do a proper squat at 135, loads up 225 and it was just horrible.

I was watching in shock as he threw on quarters for 275.  I literally stopped what I was doing cause I seriously thought he was gonna kill himself.

He couldn't even unrack it.  SMH.

going to start "heavy" low rep squats, going through the motions (6-8 rep) hasn't done much for me.

Guys gonna hurt himself. It hurt me to watch him squat. who puts the bar on the base of the neck? He is on his t-1. People are telling him its a good lift? Am I wrong, if Im wrong Ill own it.

You're not wrong.  Those vids were painful to watch and everyone giving him kudos.

WTF?

He wasn't "squatting".  He was being beaten into submission by gravity.

I had a strong urge to log in as Lisa and say something but everyone would have known it was me.  LOL.
