Alright Bando's back with a brand new rap

Chest

3 sets Hammer strength style chest press machine
Incline DB's
30's, 50's, 70's, 80's, 80's x 10
DB Pullovers
80 x 10, 9, 9
Incline Modified DB "flye/presses" 3 sets

Going fully over to a bodybuilder style and following Jay Cutler's channel for lifts/rep ranges.

No more 1RM's, no more 3 rep sets, no more heavy barbell bench etc. Elbow is liking it and I'm loving the pump so this is my new normal.

Yep, never miss breakfast, shake after workout and at least 5 meals a day.

Personally, changing over to doing pure hypertrophy training did wonders for my joints and muscle strains. As soon as I changed back to doing strength work the elbows flared right up. Now that I just wrapped up my October strength challenge I'll be doing the same as you and just working on hypertrophy for the foreseeable future.

 I really hope your ailments keep calm. :)
