So that was a cold coming on, taking the every 3 hour cold avoidance stuff, came home from work and slept and drank Gatorade all night last night, left early today took a nap and got a meager deload chest sesh in with 15 minutes of cardio.

Stuff seems to work  8)

Took some time off for our big summer conference and my Son's graduation, averaged about 2,500 steps/day during my 4 18 hr. days.

Gave me some time to think and reflect on my training. I'm going to a BB style, in 13 years under a bar I've never gone full BB mode. Lighter weights, slower reps, concentrate on the muscle & negatives etc. Thinking this will allow me to heal up before I compete again.
