at a conference last 3 days, brought clothes to do cardio, no cardio was seen

back day, usual stuff, 1/2 hr cardio

Had to dig deep to do cardio after work and not porch drink, but it got done

I do the same thing when I travel at work, usually always bring cardio stuff and usually never do it. Plus I drink like a sailor and eat rich foods.. 😜

No other legs stuff, bunch of a-holes taking up all the equipment, pec bothering me during heavy sets, have started rehab

strength off but in the tiny fitness the kids did all stop to watch the old man demonstrating proper depth

vacay weekend, will keep up with cardio & pec rehab
