50, 65, 95 x 8, did these with ez bar and straps, very comfortable, going to add them in

Good luck with the MRI on Monday.  Is your knee pain the result of your slip on the ice?  Just curious, because looking back through your journal it seems like all was well before that, with the squats doing well and trying to get back to running on the treadmill, hiking etc.  Whatever it is, hopefully, it clears up soon for you.

Yep, non lifting injury.

Went in for shoulders today, during warmup on the rowing machine realized they weren't healed enough from the last two days, so just did stretching and some half assed cardio. Saturday sesh here we come.
