Shoulders

21 sets of the usual stuff. Lower back bothering me and was cramping up pretty bad after the workout. Wanting to hit legs tomorrow.

Lower back still off, went in and did abs, tendonitis curls, shoulder savers, rolling & stretching then came home and moved 100 bags of wood pellets without any kiddo help  >:(

Volume squat day, about 12 sets culminating in a 305 x 3 then back down. Every set was misery but lower back held up just fine and I got everything I was supposed to get. So thankful for bluetooth headphones today, my lowest test day (pin tomorrow) but Linkin Park got me through.

Cable pressdowns, 3 sets

Was weird doing the Yates rows as a guy from my office was doing cable rows at the same time with 1/2 the weight, with both arms. Hope he keeps his yapper shut about it, don't like to mix business with pleasure.

My club is competing tomorrow, but the prez this year is an a-hole who insists on doing everything without me so I'm not going.  >:(

Calves, 6 sets

310 was the 1+, so I go up 5lbs on volume day and next time I do this W/O it will be 3 wheels which hasn't been on my back for almost 5 months.  8)

Nasty sinus infection keeping me out of the gym. Thought I was on the mend and attended a 2 hour meeting this morning. Around 1 pm the pain was as bad as before I had sinus surgery. Wanted to reach for the prescription narcotics so bad but numbed my teeth & gums, ibuprofen, irrigation. Need some iron therapy FFS.
