Squats looked like they went better, that second run at them has to be rough after all the reps and intensity the first go. Solid session

Got some good squats in that session, nice to have 3plates on the bar

I liked the forearm video you posted. I'm starting those and light curls in an attempt to help my elbow pain

Could hardly walk TBH. Had no shame  in unloading from the safeties.

Entered the bb.com 12 week transformation contest and actually completed it this year, took the day off of PL'ing to get a pump for my final picture. Light weight for tons of reps actually made all soreness go away  :S.

At any rate the cut went off the rails about week 8 when I had to start peaking. Saw it through though and back to the heavy chit Monday.

I'm down nearly 20 lbs from last year and I just tried my singlet on the other day to see how it fit.  Still look like an overstuffed sausage but not quite as bad lol

Just had to catch up in your journal to see what you've been doing with Sheiko...looks like you're having as much fun as I am. :D  Seriously though it looks like you're doing OK with all the sets...and soreness.

Just wish I felt stronger.

Bench and deads today, finished bench with 270 x 2, 4 sets, deads 335 x 2, 4 sets. Only 3 more sessions until the meet.

Pretty much this again. Squatted in my socks, my last 2 reps were the most natural and best feeling squats this whole program. It was all in my speed this whole time. I'm glad I have a bonus week  ::) to spend in the rack with Goldilocks in my stocking feet.
