3 minutes jump rope  :o

hopefully legs will be up for some squattin' tomorrow




couldn't sleep last night, no am session >:(

167 on the scale this am



fuark no noon session either, going after work, toss up between legs and cardio. Legs are pretty sore, have to see how I feel after warm up.  :-\
