How about Zerchers for squats w/sore neck? Dunno, just a suggestion. I still can't do back squats due to ROM limitation from the RC, but they've kept me going.

6 sets forearms sprinkled in the last few sets of arms

Wow, weak as a kitten today and strength is down over all. Krikey I used to slap 35's right on the bar for Bi's and tri's, now I don't even use 35's. ah well, they're just arms

muscles are taking 4 days off, except maybe some rock climbing, time for a new (bodybuilding, not strength) program when I come back if you have suggestions
