Neutral Grip, makes them a little easier
Ah, okay.  I'll have to try those again.  I gave up on regular pull ups because they are the worst thing on my elbow tendinitis.  Maybe a neutral grip will work better.

What is an NG Pullup? 

I don't know why, but I always thought of straight arm press downs as a chest exercise.  I guess because the movement is similar to a pullover, albeit with a totally different ROM.  Googled it and found a youtube video.  Glad to know now that it's a lat exercise!  Ya learn something new every day.

I thought of them as shoulder exercise. Guess I'll have to give them a try again.

6 sets forearms

Great session, when the bicep tendons started sqwaking I just changed lifts. By the 16th set I finally got the pump I have been missing for so long and then I started to get "the look" from the other gym goers 8)

Earned some cold ones tonight

straigh bar press, flatnut press 2 sets each

front levers, 6 "sets" pretty sloppy but I LOVE these, got them from a Kane article

cardio later, 169 lbs of lard :(
