You guys and your fast runs - I *reall* need to speed up my running  :(  Is there something specific you do for that other than just run faster?

On a treadmill it's pretty easy, just try to beat your last time. Eventually you get to a point where you are as fast as you're gonna get on a treadmill. Then you enter a race and look at all the people ahead of you that look like they could not run unless it was for free donuts, and you pass them.

The 10 x 10 at that weight was a little rough at the end, but no soreness, just working on form. Quite a few reps at the end I rested at the bottom ::)

I hate treadmill running, but I'm using it now beacuse, well there's more snow than road out there now & I'm not letting myself drop below a certain pace to get my legs used to the turnover, but fuk it's hard!  I'd rather be squatting!!!

I was nervous about being able to pick it up with my left hand, so I picked up the left one with 2 hands and the right one with my dominant right hand :D
