Hit some shoulders/tris

Bradford press x 4 sets
Front bb raise x 4 sets
DB upright rows x 4 sets
DB side laterals x 4 sets
Rope pressdowns x 4 sets to failure
Overhead rope ext 4 sets to failure

Chest supported row (plate load) x 4 sets
Chin ups x 4 sets
Flat bench x 4 sets
Straight arm pressdowns x 4 sets

I did one bicep exercise on Mon and one today.  Isolation work...soooo boring... ;D
