Moved my home gym from the garage to the basement.
« on: October 03, 2020, 08:17:11 PM »
After countless years of lifting in the garage I was finally able to move my home gym inside the house.

My son moved out this summer, so we moved the home office from the basement to his room and I finally got the flooring today that I ordered back in August today so we gutted this room and put down the rubber floor and moved everything inside.

Still have more equipment on the way (weight tree, Monster Lite rack, Ohio Bar and a flat bench, all from Rogue).  Shipped Friday.  SHould be awesome when it's all done.

Here's a pic of what I have so far.

Made the space work, it's tight but with only 2 lifters who cares?

Love those benches.

Also, where's the beer fridge?  :D

In  the kitchen.

The room needs some drywall repair (my son will do that for me) and a coat of paint.

And yeah it's tight but it works.

Looks like I'll be coming over more often to train, I'll bring beer!

You're welcome any time.

I swapped out the light fixture just now and put in some brighter bulbs.

Nice and bright down there now.

Looks like all the weight is on her side. You need to step up your game! Lifting all year inside is a bonus.
